What is "lim-flex" beef and why is it superior?

Since the mid 80’s, Diamond V Ranch has been running Angus cows that are then bred by Limousin bulls, this cross produces a ‘Lim-Flex’ calf. Over the years we have built our program to include some of the finest Limousin genetics offered, to breed our quality commercial angus herd. We believe the pairing of these two breeds creates the best of both worlds when it comes to beef; the marbling and flavor of Angus beef, accompanied by the efficiency, leanness and finer texture, resulting in the tenderness of Limousin beef.

With a commitment to excellence and a passion for raising top-tier cattle, we take pride in providing our customers with exceptional beef products that reflect our dedication to quality and tradition.

Our cattle and facilities are third party verified through IMI Global, a derivative of Where Food Comes From. We go through rigorous steps to ensure we are raising and producing top quality cattle and beef. Our cattle are Source and Aged Verified, Non-Hormone Treated Cattle, and Verified Natural Beef (Non-antibiotic, Animal By Product Free). We are also GAP (Global Animal Partnership) Verified with an Animal Welfare Certificate of Level Four. We as producers and our hired hands all are Beef Quality Assurance Certified, this ensures that our cattle are treated, handled, and transported humanley while in our care.
